After 11 months apart, Kris Jenner has decided to file for divorce from husband Bruce Jenner.
According to TMZ, Kris filed pro per, meaning she’s opted to tackle this divorce without a lawyer. Sources close to the couple say this is because she and Bruce orchestrated a plan. Shortly after Kris filed, Bruce headed down to the L.A. County Courthouse with his response, which was essentially a copy of Kris’ petition.
Both cited “irreconcilable differences” as their reason for the divorce.
TMZ reports that that pair, who married 22 years ago, did not have a prenup and have already agreed on how they’ll split their property. Neither Kris nor Bruce will receive spousal support and they will share custody of Kiley, who is just 17.
Both Bruce and Kris’ business managers have been working on a deal over the last few months.
The divorce is said to be “totally amicable.”
