Kendrick Lamar is happy as hell.

The Compton rapper has been on an East Coast press tour over the past few days explaining the concept behind his polarizing single “i,” and decided to drop the music video to further explain his vision.

The Alexandre Moors-directed video features Kendrick running through various neighborhoods, and while passing through, he witnesses everything from domestic violence, to gang violence, homelessness, police brutality, and house parties.

The visual is actually really cool, and worth watching until the end. Oh, and Ron Isley makes a cameo as well.

Kendrick’s working on his forthcoming album, which currently has no title and no release date.

C’mon Kendrick, give us something.
