Is “Rich Homie Aubrey” the next big hip-hop duo?
Just hours after Quan and Young Thug released eight leaked songs, the Atlanta rapper dropped his “Tell Me Why” collaboration with Drake.
In a recent interview with MTV News, Rich Homie Quan revealed he’s been working closely with Drake, and even traveled to Toronto to spend time in the studio with him.
“We’ve been working a lot — we’ve probably got like three or four tracks together, so he definitely will be on my album. At first it was through e-mail, and after that I went on tour with Wiz Khalifa, the Under the Influence Tour. We went to Toronto, he hit me up, I pulled up on him at his house and we dropped some music,” he said.
We doubt this will appear on Drake’s Views From The 6 album, but it’s quite possible the collaboration will be on the Rich Gang 2 project, or possibly Rich Homie Quan’s debut album. You’ll have to wait until next year to get all three.
