One of our favorite male R&B/soul singers D’Angelo has been nabbed to perform on Saturday Night Live.
Following the announcement of his comeback show at Harlem’s Apollo Theater, the Black Messiah singer will bring the soul to Saturday Night Live’s comedic stage.
Back in December, D’Angelo surprised his longtime fans when he randomly released his third studio album Black Messiah with little promotion.
Ladies, get your fans and towels ready. All the action is scheduled to go down on Saturday, January 31. Actor J.K. Simmons has been tapped to host as well.
