On Tuesday night, President Barack Obama will deliver his first State of the Union address with both houses of Congress under Republican control.
The president, who unveiled some of his talking points last week (including an initiative to make community college free for qualified students), is expected to propose tax hikes on the wealthy, discuss paid sick leave, and other initiatives created to enrich the middle class.
