Kanye West just recently earned his well-deserved doctorate degree and now he’s sharing his wisdom with class of 2015 college graduates.
On Friday night, the “Only One” artist gave a small pep talk to the graduating fashion students at Los Angeles Trade Technical College – and it all went down backstage before their fashion show began!
‘Ye said:
It’s a tough world out there. You gotta prepare yourself for politics, bad bosses, hatin’ employees, and usually, when you’re the absolute best, you get hated on the most.
He continued:
Even for me as a successful musician, in order to make the transition, it was really all but impossible. People always try to box you in to what they know you best for.
I feel extremely honored to see new talent fighting for their voice.
LATTC is the same school where Kanye completed his community service following his 2014 assault case involving a photographer at LAX. He wasn’t required to show up for the event, but still did.
Yeezy’s always dropping gems.
