Over the past few months, Swizz Beatz has released new songs including “Waitin’ On Me,” “Jason,” and “Represent Tonight.” Swizz follows up on those releases with “Sad News,” featuring Houston legend Scarface.

With the recent killings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile and other cases of police brutality, Swizz and Scarface tackle the disheartening issues plaguing our country.

“Little boy got shot down today/ A little boy got shot down today/ I hope his family is okay/ I hope his family is okay/ Is it our race that pay/ Is it our race that pay,” Swizz sings.I hope the whole world be okay/ I hope the world will be okay/ Get on ya knees and pray/ Get on ya knees and pray/ We hope the whole world be okay, okay.”
