Alvin Greene has a pending obscenity charge for sending pornographic material to a college female although his nomination for South Carolina Senate seems to be a fluke and is nonexistent, he seems to feel the pain in his campaign.
Aside from trying to enter this race Greene has many issues to deal with, he is currently unemployed and has spent very little time raising money for his campaign while he had time to send inappropriate photos to a University of South Carolina student.
He was charged with promoting obscenity which is a felony, and also sending these types of materials to strangers without consent is a misdemeanor. He also broke into a dorm in Columbia using someone else’s ID card although he didn’t get charged for breaking and entering.
His race in government might have to be on hold if not expelled altogether given his unseemly track record and seedy behaviors.
