Nike mashes up its skateboarder line with a bit of hip-hop in their latest campaign for the Zoom Paul Rodriguez 4. The Jon Humphries-directed commercial spot features Nike SB skateboarder Paul Rodriguez flipping tricks around New York City and Nas provides the voiceover as the commercial is set to the instrumental of his song ‘Hero’. While Nas doesn’t get any clear face time in this clip, there is some footage of him writing in the studio. The Zoom Paul Rodriguez 4 will be unveiled today at Rucker Park in Harlem in association with Nike’s World Basketball Festival.
