It takes great talent and insight to fuse various musical elements together. That is one thing The Undergrads have a knack for. The Atlanta, Georgia, based group is making a name for themselves with their, hip hop infused music.
The Undergrads do not fall into your regular boy band mix. The high energy group made up of Ro who is known as the Nerd, E-Credit, the class clown, J.V., The Ladies Man, and Ronve, The Prep, do a great job mixing rap,and r&b, while sprinkling elements of funk,rock and pop into their music creating a ton of industry buzz.

With the recent release of their first album Orientation on June 1, the group describes their sound as a ‘blend of high energy, bass heavy, eclectic hip-hop beats with fluid raps and smooth, soulful singing is what has made this group one of the most sought-after acts in Atlanta right now.’
The Quartet met while performing individually at Atlanta hot spot Apache Cafe. After crossing paths enough times, and working on side projects together the group was formed. the great chemistry they had has jump started them as a forthcoming musical group, making them a force to be reckoned with in the Atlanta underground music scene.

With in house producers Ronve and J.V. (Varsity Squad) the group has worked to create their own unique sound. Bringing in their own musical taste, and skills the group has been heavily influenced by various producers and musical acts incorporating succinct lyricism and innate rapping abilities.
The Undergrads describe their mission to be ‘to not only take music to the next level, but to also make a positive impact on the world today and one day be mentioned in the same breath as many of the greats.’ They are definitely on the road to something good.
