Michael Jackson, to me, means “History” and “Music.” He was my inspiration growing up! I wouldn’t be doing this if not for Michael Jackson.

As an artist and musician he has inspired me all the way. I think anyone that says Michael didn’t inspire them in some kind of way is a liar. Michael inspired the music industry, so that means anyone in it as well.

Michael Jackson that I have is the first time I met him, I was with the guys from Immature. Rodney Jerkins introduced us on the set of “You Rock My World” video shoot. I remember he knew who I was and I almost fainted LOL. Romeo froze LOL. We always teased him about that. But now every time I see the video I’m like Wow I witnessed history.

If not for Michael Jackson’s music, none of us would have ever had a chance, Usher, Omarion, Ne-Yo, Chris Brown, myself and every other young black male artist that is driven by dance and performance as well. So thanks Michael Jackson for being my musical Hero!
