Since MTV aired their hit show, The Jersey Shore, reality star Snooki has found herself the center of attention, controversy, and talked about by various media outlets. But before she signed up for the MTV show, she had faced major legal issues. According to Radar Online, Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi was criminally charged for selling alcohol to underage kids at a house party she hosted — a party that ended with the death of one of her classmates because of drunk driving. Snooki was one of three people charged in connection with the 2004 death of teenager Michael Truncali. The Marlboro High School senior died with a blood alcohol level of .18 after crashing his car on Thanksgiving morning after drinking for hours at Snooki’s house.
