Ke$ha really doesn’t like Britney Spears, and now she’s throwing shots at Britney in her new song Styrofoam. No Lil Wayne is not on the track in case you were wondering. According to X17:
In Ke$ha’s new song, Styrofoam, she sings about how nothing lasts (except Styrofoam), certainly not Ms. Spears.
One lyric goes, ‘In 10 years, Britney Spears…Britney, who?’
For those of you who are not that pop savvy this diss would be the equivalent to Waka Flocka dissing Outkast. Like Outkast to the south, Britney Spears has paved the way for Pop stars to exist today. Britney has a ton of hits and awards to show for her hard work, Ke$ha has one hot song. Shouldn’t her previous achievements be recognized and respected? Now surely I am not comparing Ke$ha to Waka Flocka Flame, one of them is way more talented than the other, but the fact is Ke$ha as much as I love her to death and would John Mayer snort her if she was a drug, I can’t help but feel she is out of line for this one.
