Over the weekend, punky rocker chick Avril Lavigne got a neck tattoo and shared her newest ink blotch with the Twitter universe.
Avril (@AvrilLavigne) tweeted Saturday night “I got a f*cking neck tattoo!” Later on that evening she revealed that she got a safety pin tatted on her neck. No one really knows what the safety pin symbolizes, but it looks pretty cool. Avril is a real “g” because those neck tats are no joke!
