Do you feel down in the dumps? Uninspired? Stuck?  Trust me, I’ve been there too. It can feel completely impossible to pull yourself out of it, like there’s no way out. I’m writing my first blog about this because I have a friend that is going through a similar thing. I’ve been through it, and I know we all go through it at some point.

You have to know that the situation you’re in is only a SITUATION. As crazy as it sounds, you can change it instantly. Or begin to at least. Whether its an actual physical change of environment, or simply a change of outlook, it IS possible.

For every action, there is a reaction. If you hate your job, or where you live…you feel like you cant afford a new place, or feel like the job you have is the best its gonna get for you, you’re wrong. Don’t be afraid to dream. Don’t be afraid to let your mind wander on what now seems like the impossible. While you’re sitting at your job that you hate (lol), go online, start looking at real estate websites, you might find a miracle right in front of your eyes. Something new on the market that suits you perfectly! Maybe you’ll see something you really want and get inspired to work towards that goal. It might cost a little more, but now that you’ve seen it, you realize you could get creative to pull in a few extra bucks to get it.

Alas! A chain reaction. So how are we gonna get this extra money for our dream house? Maybe we play it safe and keep our boring job, but do something fun and creative on the side to make some extra money. Suppose you like to paint. You could start selling your artwork online and maybe that’s the way you do it. Whatever it is, you’ll figure it out if you let go and get your creative juices flowing!  If there’s a will, there’s a way!

Now lets go even further…  Suppose your paintings are selling like hot cakes. There’s a demand for them, people love them, and you’re bringin’ in some serious dough.  You may have just found your new job. OR If we get really crazy, suppose one of the people who buys your painting owns some sort of business. For story’s sake, we’ll say he owns a restaurant. Now that he knows you, likes you, and likes your work, He might ask you to supply all of the art work for his place.  Man, aren’t you glad you went online that day?

As silly as it sounds, I’ve seen crazy situations happen like that before.  It has happened to me. In a nutshell, From me recording in the back bedroom of a friends house, to having a show on VH1…it all began with that one little seed of hope. and some ACTION. It took YEARS to get to this point and a lot of work, and sometimes I didn’t think I was going to make it… but somehow God starts working in crazy ways when you start following your heart. A path that was never there before begins to materialize, and one thing leads to another. You must have faith in you and In the higher power you believe in.

Now, we go back to the chain reaction again… after all of that crazy stuff happened, now the music I produced was heard by my fans and a few of them have come to me and said that my music inspired THEM to change their life situation or helped them in some way. Man, I’m glad I asked my friend if I could take a test run in his studio that day…

The universe started creating my path that day. All because I was already mentally convinced of what I would accomplish the day I walked into that tiny studio. I was scared, but something in my heart kept pulling me in that direction. That’s where YOU have to go. How do you think all of these magnificent people like Sigmund Freud
