Wisconsin Republican Governor Scott Walker is joining the ranks of state leaders who are not receiving the love from his citizens. We’re not talking Hosni Mubarak and Muammar Gadhafi—all Walker needs to do is negotiate with the Wisconsin folk, but as Walker puts it ‘there is no room to negotiate. And unlike Mubarak and Gadhafi, no one in Wisconsin is calling for him to step down.

STORY: The People WIN!!! President Mubarak Has Resigned 

The citizens of Wisconsin continue to protest Walker’s proposed plan to limit public employees’ ability to negotiate their wages by cutting pensions and health care benefits for current public workers. Wisconsin citizens have been protesting in the State Capitol for the last five days and they are showing no signs of slowing down their efforts anytime soon. Wisconsin protesters know all the facts and know what’s at risk if Gov. Walker continues with his plan, but there are a few things they may not know about their Governor, but we do.

Badger Boy Walker…

Walker was part of the Wisconsin Badger Boys, a leadership program affiliated with the American Legion that trains young men in leadership and prepares them for roles in government.

The College Dropout…

While attending Marquette University Milwaukee from 1986 to 1990, Walker did not complete his degree. He only earned 94 credits with grade point avearge in the C range. Walker is the first Wisconsin governor in 64 years to not have a college degree.

Walker rejected $810 million in federal stimulus money, killing a proposed light-rail project between Madison and Milwaukee.

As county executive, Walker said he was overpaid and gave $370,000 in salary back to the county over eight years.
