Talk about living in luxury, a three bedroom penthouse was recently sold for $300 million dollars in Monaco on the French Riviera. The penthouse, La Belle Epoque, sold for this price despite the fact that the home has a history. The previous owner and banker billionaire, Edmond Safra was murdered in the reception room of the home.

La Belle Epoque was one of the most desirable places in the world, with $26 million being poured into updating the home within the past year to make sure it was top notch in order to be sold.

We’re not sure who will be living in this fancy home, as it was purchased by an unnamed Middle Eastern investor, but hopefully the home is worth the money.
