While 50 cent seems to be making all the headlines these days, Lloyd Banks is finding his time to shine too. After much success with his hit single ‘Beamer, Benz, or Bentley,’ Banks has teamed up with J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League to come up with a new slow jam, ‘Don’t Deserve You.’ His new album, Hunger For More 2, is due for release on November 23rd
Banks was 2004s Mixtape artist of the Year at the Mixtape Awards. In 2005, Banks was nominated for Best Rap Solo Performance at the Grammy’s for his hit single, ‘On Fire.’ Banks’ last album, Rotten Apple, released in October of 2006, selling 143,000 copies in its first week. We’ll have to see if Banks can return to the form that saw his debut album, Hunger For More, reach #1 on the Billboard Charts and sell over 4 million copies worldwide.
