Over the years Hip Hop has been no stranger to the nylon down jacket. In fact,Hip Hop culture was probably what single handedly propelled the down jacket into transforming into a pop culture icon.
From back in the 90’s we witnessed our favorite rappers rocking nylon down jackets ranging from the oversized First Down and South Pole variants to the short cut North Face jackets that took over the scene in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. As a matter of fact the short cut variation of this jacket has become so popular that the major fashion houses jumped on it.
