The Gulf Oil Spill is one of the most tragic events to happen to our environment in the last 20 years, 200 gallons of oil are spilling into our seas, this is not an American problem, this is a worldwide problem we all suffer if we don’t do something about it. This oil spill will set our environmental progress back at least 30 yrs depending on how long it takes to clean it up, so it’s really disturbing when politicians, taking heads and all around nut jobs that have radio and television shows say things like, ‘It’s Obama’s fault’ or ‘God made it happen’. Crazy, either way take a look at the most craziest statements made about the oil spill.

Texas Governor Rick Perry (R):“From time to time there are going to be things that occur that are acts of God that cannot be prevented.’

Rush Limbaugh: ‘The ocean will take care of this on its own if it was left alone and left out there. It’s natural. It’s as natural as the ocean water is.’

Joe Lieberman: ‘There were good reasons for us to put in offshore drilling, and this terrible accident is very rare in drilling. I mean, accidents happen.
