Last year, I was able to make a friend, a very, very dear friend in Africa, and I remember us sharing stories about life, about different things that we went through…And one of the stories that she shared with me was her struggle with AIDS.
It’s so important that we continue to support medical research around the country. I was so excited when I heard the Pepsi Refresh Project awarded a $250,000 grant to the AIDS Research Alliance of America. How amazing is that. With this money, the foundation can buy new equipment that will help further their research.
