Miley Cyrus, 17

Have you ever witnessed Miley-fever? Everywhere this popstar performs, walks, eats, shops… it’s mass hysteria. Miley might have started off a clean-cut Disney star, but just like Madonna she’s breaking out her good girl image and rocking out for the rest of the world to see. Madonna took the world by storm in mid 1980s with her outlandish performances and fashion-forward style. Today, Ms. Cyrus doesn’t care what you think, she’s going to rock out, panties out and you’re going to love it.

Ke$ha, 23

Ke$ha took her love for flair and glamour to the pop-rock charts. Her party songs about having a great time with her girls are on ever DJs playlist. Ke$ha reminds us of Britney Spears at the height of her career in the early 2000s. You couldn’t get into a car without hearing a Britney song, and today, you can’t run from a Ke$ha song. Both women put on some wacky shows, but they certainly know how to entertain.
