A week ago, Xbox sent us at Global Grind the game and I offered to review it. As soon as I got the chance, i popped in the game and broke out the microphone, getting ready for a mini concert in my house.
Once the game started and I picked a song, I was a little disappointed. I started singing and noticed there was a delay. So I went to the menu and calibrated the microphone. Or at least I thought I did. I started the game again, and didnt notice a difference in the calibration. That and the fact that when I did sing, it wasnt loud enough. The songs that are in the game are good picks and they play the actual videos as the backdrop, but after i went to bed that night, I havent thought about playing the game again. The good thing about the game is, I now have a wireless microphone for my ‘Rockband’ set!
If i had to rate this game, i’d give it 3 out of 5 grinds!
