It’s been almost a week since Kendrick Lamar shook up hip hop with his “Control” verse, and the responses are still rolling in.

Although none of the rappers Kendrick named have made a response track, the next rapper up to express how he feels is Uncle Murda.

The East New York native definitely feels some type of way about the Black Hippy member’s “King of NY” line, and he makes sure to make it known on the track “The Response”.

K. Dot isn’t the only one Murda is going after on this song, as he takes some shots at both Dr. Dre and Fabolous.

Uncle Murda raps:

“And that crown I said me and Fab was fighting for, I just took it.”

It’s pretty clear Kendrick is playing his cards just right in the game, and we like it!
