Who gets arrested during a DUI stop when they weren’t the one driving or drinking?
Adam “Pacman” Jones does. The Cincinnati Bengals star cornerback was arrested early Monday after the car he was driving shotgun in was pulled over.
Here’s what happened:
Jones was the passenger in a car Ohio State Patrol pulled over early Monday morning — and he reportedly mouthed off to officers while they were conducting a field sobriety test on the woman was driving.
Pacman was arrested for disorderly conduct and released, and the driver was obviously arrested for operating a vehicle impaired.
But this arrest is good news for Pacman. I mean, it’s much better than his other legal problems, like hitting a woman outside of a nightclub or his other eight arrests since entering the league in 2005.
Bad news for him? It might finally get him suspended. But I guess we’ll have to see how this latest arrest will affect him.
