Not okay!
A man in Philadelphia and his friend were stopped by the police while walking down a block, where they were pushed up against the police car and searched.
The video shows a man filming his friend being put up against the cop car, when the police man tells the guy with the camera to put it away.
When the man tells him that he has the right to film, the officer grabs him and pushes him up against the cop car as well.
The camera keeps filming as the man tells the officer that he has done nothing wrong and was simply just walking on the sidewalk.
The police tell him that he is under an investigation, but states no legit reason as to why he is being stopped and searched.
The video is pretty controversial, and definitely raises some eyebrows over the whole ‘Stop And Frisk’ tactic being used by police at all.
