The EU and the United States may be content with reaching an Iran nuclear deal, but Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is throwing some fierce criticism this way, calling the deal a “historic mistake.” “What was concluded in Geneva last night is not a historic agreement, it’s a historic mistake,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told reporters. “It’s not made the world a safer place. A postal worker in Landover, Md., was shot while delivering mail on Saturday evening. Police found 26-year-old Tyson Jerome Barnette dead from an apparent gunshot wound on the street. Police are trying to identify the suspect and a motive. There is a $100,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. [HuffPost]

An elderly ex-con admitted to robbing a bank in Illinois earlier this year because he just couldn’t live a life of freedom. Walter Unbehaun, 73, robbed the bank because he missed jail and knew it was a quick return ticket to prison. The convict, who has spent most of his life behind bars, says it’s the “only life he knows.” He’ll be sentenced next month. [Gawker]

A woman who survived cancer and a motorcycle crash six months ago was killed when she took her first walk in more than half a year. Sally Ann Okuly was struck by a car as she left her Woodbridge, Va. home to cross the street to her favorite convenience store. Amanda Styles-Mays, 24, has been charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian and reckless driving. [NBC]
