Justice for Alexian Lien, the victim of a brutal NYC biker attack in October, will look a little different due to new developments in the case.

Alexian’s story caught the attention of the web when he and his family were attacked by a gang of bikers on the West Side Highway after bumping one of the bikers during traffic. After the accident, the bikers followed Alexian for 50 blocks before assaulting him. Footage of the assault was posted to YouTube, and while there is substantial evidence in the case, the suspects may catch a lighter sentence.

Prosecutors handling the case have reduced the charges against the biker suspects because Lien is healing better than they thought. If you recall, Lien was allegedly dragged out of his car by a gang of bikers as his child and wife looked on.

The suspects can only get 15 years if convictedinstead of the 25 previously intended.

Lien said nothing Saturday as he left his Manhattan home with his young daughter, who witnessed him being brutally beaten in the violent Sept. 29 attack. He ignored questions about the legal development before heading back.

Undercover cop Wojciech Braszczok, one of the main suspects, was offered three years in prison. According to reports, the other bikers may receive 60 days to eight years in jail. A plea has also been talked about for Braszczok.

Stay tuned for further developments.
