Miley Cyrus has been lying low since bringing in the New Year in Times Square, but she’s just charging herself up for the next step: the Bangerz World Tour.
This year kicks off a new page in Miley’s book, as she gears up to jet set around the globe with her booty-shaking antics and teddy bears – but have no fear, it’ll still be high fashion. Miley has enlisted, not only some of the best in the industry, but some of her friends who have a vision as creative as her own. According to an exclusive by the Hollywood Reporter, Miley has tapped Marc Jacobs, The Blonds and Moschino’s new man Jeremy Scott to design her tour ‘fits.
Less is still more for tour costumes. Each designer was given a different section to outfit Cyrus for, so look out for looks from Marc Jacobs, The Blonds and Jeremy Scott, as well as archive pieces from Bob Mackie. “Clothes for me, or lack thereof, say a lot,” she joked of her traveling costume closet.
The Blonds most recently dressed Miley for the ball drop in a gold sequined ‘fit, and are famous for their over the top designs that are a lot of drama and a lot of glitter. As for Marc Jacobs and Jeremy Scott, we already know the fabulousness they are capable of creating. We’ll be paying attention.
