Gov. Chris Christie went from hot to even hotter water.

Following allegations from Mayor Dawn Zimmer, claiming Christie withheld Super storm Sandy recovery funds because she wouldn’t support a politically connected real estate development, Christie’s already existing investigation will add this to their watch list.

Huff Post reports:

A New Jersey Democrat leading the investigation into traffic jams orchestrated by Gov. Chris Christie’s aides says his committee will look into a new allegation of political retribution by the Republican administration.

The governor’s office denies the mayor’s claims. Christie spokesman Colin Reed says the administration helped Zimmer secure aid after the storm severely flooded the Hudson River town.

So far four people close to Christie have lost their jobs after the Bridgegate scandal and things only seem to be getting messier for Mr.Christie.
