Yaaaaassssss! This is exactly what we need in 2014 – a new Miguel record.
Miguel releases a brand new track the ladies can rock to titled, “Simplethings.” It’s been a brief minute since we’ve gotten a new song from Miguel, but thankfully, our wait is over.
“She said, I don’t wanna model/ I don’t want a movie star/ you don’t have to win the lotto, I want you to win my heart,” sings Miguel.
“Simplethings” will appear on the soundtrack to the second season of Lena Dunham’s HBO hit GIRLS. The soundtrack, Girls Vol 2.: All Adventurous Women Do…, is scheduled to drop on February 11.
