Word around the rumor mill is that The Game and Khloe Kardashian are an item –based on the number of pictures they’ve posted of each other, it’s hard to believe otherwise. Come on, the two are Instagram official. Right?
Well, apparently not. In an attempt to shut down the relationship rumors, The Game opened up about where he and Khloe stand, telling BBC Radio1Extra:
“Those are just rumors. It’s funny man cuz me and Khloe we’re cool. People don’t know, but I’ve been knowing Khloe for 12 years –you know what I’m saying,” the rapper said to DJ Charlie Sloth. “I went and dated Kim for a while. A little short while. Me and Khloe are cool.”
Wait. Did we hear that correctly? The Game once dated Kim Kardashian? But when?
“You know what. I don’t remember that time line,” he said. “Kanye was the homie. He’s still the homie. That is his wife. They got a family. I love them. They’re great.”
While we don’t know if The Game and Kimmy were an item pre- or post-Ray J, it does explain how he and Khloe have been so close for so long. Remember when she posted a picture of the two of them all cozy in a photobooth? The caption that followed the flick kept us clueless as to what was really going on between them:
