Justin Bieber  may be able to sell millions of records and fill arenas with adoring beliebers, but it looks like he won’t be getting any special celebrity treatment in his egging case.

According to TMZ, the Believe singer is still waiting to see how his case will be filed, as the D.A. attempts to avoid “celebrity justice” accusations when determining if the superstar should be charged with a misdemeanor or a felony.

The site reports on the case, in which the Biebs is accused of egging his neigbor’s home and causing monumental damage.

First, the D.A. is digging deep into the exact amount of damage the yoking cost the homeowner. As we first reported … the homeowner submitted estimates to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. putting the total tab at around $20K. The D.A. is also looking at similar cases they and other law enforcement agencies have prosecuted, to determine if a misdemeanor or a felony is most appropriate.  They don’t want this to look like “celebrity justice.”  The complicating factor — they’ve already charged Lil Za with FELONY vandalism for breaking a $400 jail phone. Our sources say the amount of damage isn’t the only factor.  The egregiousness of the act is also a big factor.

As true beliebers, we wish you the best of luck Biebs.

Also, Check out a video Justin posted moments ago of himself learning choreography for his song “Hold On Tight” below. We bet Selena was in there watching:
