Good news: your lifelong dream to become a world-renowned supermodel may not be dead just yet.

Lack of diversity has been the norm in the fashion industry, but there’s a new trend that’s popping up on runways and in editorial campaigns. The latest fad in fashion employs faces you wouldn’t think to fit the typical model mold, and now there’s a new agency that prides itself on seeking out models who are much more than just pretty faces.

The London-based Anti-Agency seeks out “girls and boys with personality, individual style and talent” who are interested in being more than just “clothes horses.” Think Cara Delevingne.

Their website reads:

The agency is for people who could’ve been models and decided not to, for people who are too cool to be models and people with real lives on the verge of exploding in music, fashion, art, illustration & creative industries etc.

In a recent interview with The Daily Beast, the agency’s founders, Pandora Lennard and Lucy Greene, described how they’re working to add some variety to the run-of-the-mill runway shows when it comes to casting, saying:

“We don’t have requirements for size or height. That’s the big one,” Lennard told The Daily Beast—although the agency’s roster as a whole tends to be on the thinner side, with a pair of large breasts or curvy hips here and there. “But we also don’t do portfolios or ‘books.’ For us, models should get booked based on their personality, not based on a load of pictures of them dressed up in different ways… We have to remind people that when we send our girls and boys to castings that they’re real people, not just clothes horses! They might look beautiful and be very cool, but they definitely don’t take any shit!”

After launching just last year, Anti-Agency boasts a list of big-brand clients, including ASOS, Dr. Martens and Urban Outfitters, just to name a few. And as the popularity of using models who are anything but conventional grows, so to does the agency’s hopes to go global and come across the pond to Los Angeles and New York.

So bust out the Polaroid and capture your best smize, stat! Who knows, you could be the next big thing in fashion.
