Ashanti stopped by the No Judgment Zone with BlogXilla earlier this month and broke it down on everything from her spot in the music industry, to comparisons to Queen Bey.
The “Early In The Morning” singer spoke about her new album Braveheart, even giving up the 411 on some of our favorite tracks. Ashanti let loose a long kept “secret:” she sang the ad libs and hook on Jennifer Lopez‘s iconic “I’m Real.” The former Murder Inc. affiliate even admits she was mad Irv Gotti gave the song to J.Lo.
Ashanti also addresses the 2003 New York Times article that said Beyonce was no Ashanti, spoke about her private time with Nelly, and a possible Murder Inc. reunion.
