“One night I went to Erykah Badu house, she made tea for me.” -Drake
How funny is this?
Last month, Drake had the internet buzzing when he released a song titled “Days In The East.” The majority of the PARTYNEXTDOOR and 40-produced song is about his love for Rihanna, but there is one line in the song that had people talking:
“One night I went to Erykah Badu house, she made tea for me/we talked about love and what life could really be for me. She said, ‘when that shit is real you just know.'”
Erykah obviously enjoyed the name drop and yesterday, she decided to Vine herself listening to Drake’s “Days In The East” and sipping tea (of course). In the six-second clip, her oldest child Seven (Andre 3000’s son), appears in the background, slightly amused by his mother’s antics.
