It’s our job to keep up with everything that’s going on in television–this is an entertainment site, after all. So naturally, this is an exciting time for us, as the networks are presenting their lineup of shows we’ll be laid out in our Snuggies watching this upcoming season.
But the only thing more exciting than finding out whether or not The Mindy Project is being renewed (it is–hallelujah) is seeing our favorite TV stars off the television screen and on the red carpet, or in the case of the FOX Upfronts, the pretty teal carpet.
And speaking of pretty, Jada Pinkett Smith showed up and absolutely showed out, looking 42 and fine. Wearing an Alberta Ferretti fringe dress, the new Gotham star was beaming with a glow that had to have come from the fountain of youth the rest of us are still trying to locate.
See who else wore what at the FOX Upfronts down below.
New Girl star Hannah Simone bloomed in a Dolce & Gabbana floral frock that grazed her knees. Her legs were elongated by a pair of Jimmy Choo pointy-toed pumps.
Lea Michele took the plunge in a Blumarine dress from the Fall 2014 collection. How amazing does the emerald color look against her skin? The answer is very.
Mindy Kaling sprang into spring with a light blue Miu Miu ensemble.
Taraji P. Henson was red hot in a fit-and-flare leather dress.
Zooey Deschanel brought some sparkle to her Vivienne Westwood Red Label dress with a pair of dazzling Chanel shoes.
