The Daily Grind Video

Well now we know what not to do to Lil Wayne.

Weezy is not shy about clapping back at attackers, but this time, he was ready to go toe-to-toe with fighter Marcos Maidana‘s trainer.

According to TMZ, Birdman Jr., who escorted Mayweather to the ring and performed his new single, “Believe Me,” before the fight, was leaving the MGM Grand in Las Vegas late Saturday night when he felt a water bottle hit him in the head.

When he turned around to see who had thrown it, he believed that it came from a member of Maidana’s entourage. True to his Weezy ways, Lil Wayne simply responded, “Let’s Go!”

Wayne attempted to attack Maidana’s trainer Robert Garcia but was stopped by his entourage before things turned real and any punches were thrown.

Moral of the story: Never throw anything at Lil Wayne.
