The 2014 BET Awards go down tonight and already the weekend has been exciting!
Last night, the official Pre-BET Awards Dinner was held in Milk Studios in L.A. and it was filled with rookies, legends, and some of your favorite celebrities of all time.
The ladies in attendance – including Karrueche, Angela Simmons, Zendaya, Keke Palmer, Michelle Williams, and many more – dominated the red carpet in all kinds of different ensembles,
Some of the women wore dresses, crop tops, and skirt pieces, while others opted for a classy jumpsuit or a simple shirt and pant.
The fellas didn’t hold back on getting dapper for the event, as Ludacris, Russell Simmons, Bow Wow, and others donned suits and dress shirts for the star-studded night.
Floyd Mayweather was also in attendance, along with his new girlfriend Doralie Medina, but as usual the boxing champ is also making headlines for other reasons. Recently, reports have surfaced that he spent nearly $70,000 on his new girl in preparation for their big BET weekend together!
TMZ reports:
Doralie Medina did some major work to Floyd’s credit card, dropping $30,000 at Saks Fifth Ave on things like Berkin bags (yes, two), a CÉLINE python (another handbag), some new shoes and a few pieces of jewelry.
But wait, there’s more! He then took her to a jewelry store in downtown Los Angeles and dropped ANOTHER $40,000 on jewelry in the diamond district.
She definitely looks like a million bucks… or not far from it.
