We must admit that for a moment there, we forgot Drake is just as much an actor as he is a rapper. But last night, as the YMCMB superstar hosted the 2014 ESPYs, we were promptly reminded.
The awards show, which is presented by ESPN to recognize outstanding individual and team athletic achievement, was right up Drizzy’s ally – we’ve all seen how hard he goes with a lint roller while sitting courtside and cheering on his favorite teams, not to mention his Instagram is damn near all sports all the time.
There were digs at Macklemore, who was the proud recipient of four Grammys this year, one of hip-hop’s favorite ballers Skylar Diggins got some camera time and gave Drizzy a kiss on stage, and most surprisingly, Chris Brown made a hilarious appearance in a skit with his former arch nemesis.
