When it comes to Rihanna, one thing is for sure: Her no-phucks-given approach to fashion does anything but bore us or put us to sleep—even though she might sometimes look ready to catch a few Z’s herself.
We’re now officially dubbing RiRi the queen of cozy girl couture. First, she was showing off all of Victoria’s secrets in sexy sleepwear, then she decided to ball out in the club in her bra and boxers. And let’s not forget that one time she wore a jewel-pinned doobie wrap to the American Music Awards.
But this weekend at Lollapalooza in Chicago, where she made a surprise appearance to perform with Eminem, the Bad Gal decided to let her hair down underneath a black durag paired with a festival-friendly floral ensemble by Givenchy.
Her look came phresh out the SS 15 menswear collection runway, as seen above. Rihanna rocked out in the black bralette beneath the strapless dress and long-sleeve robe, switching out the stocking cap for a durag.
But she took to Twitter (because her Instagram page is STILL defunct) to bring the stocking cap back, posting pictures of herself in the headpiece that’s now gone high-fashion.
