Yesterday, I stopped by the Moet Hennessy office in New York City for a special Hennessy V.S. cocktail lesson with Hennessy Global Mixologist and Manager of Education Jordan Bushell and what I discovered blew my mind.

Most people like their Hennessy straight, neat, or on the rocks, but Jordan put us on and showed us how to make some great refreshing mixed drinks that are perfect for summer. Jordan showed us 3 drinks -The Summer Slow Down, the (C)old Fashion and the Lumiere – all of which will have your summer BBQ or Labor Day bash rocking.

My favorite was the (C)old Fashion. Have that bad boy on a nice summer day on a rooftop in New York City and things will happen.

I managed to get the recipes for these drinks from Jordan in case y’all wanted to try them out at home. Check it out below.
