Where did the summer go? It seems like just yesterday we were staring out the window, wishing we could be soaking up the sun and enjoying all the activities that the warm weather warrants. Apparently time really does fly when you’re having fun because as the days grow just a tad cooler, the first day of school is nipping at the heels of students everywhere, and it’s time to look forward to the fall and all the fashion that comes with it.
Who says you have to be a student to indulge in some back-to-school shopping, though? We’ll use any excuse to spoil ourselves with something new, to be honest. We may have graduated, but if we’re being technical here, we’re still students of life, amirite?
And, just like any of you who have yet to walk across the stage, we, too, have a lot of crap to carry. Sometimes our favorite purse isn’t the most conducive to tote on our commutes, and don’t even get us started on the nerve damage we may have subjected one of our shoulders to. Every once in a while, it’s time to give our backs a break for something with much more support and comfort, and there’s nothing like a good ol’ fashioned backpack to do the job. But we’re not talking about your little sister’s Jansport here.
