LeBron James’ championship ring isn’t the only ring he adores.
The married NBA star is head over heels in love with his wife and high school sweetheart Savannah Brinson. They met back in high school when Savannah was just 16-years-old, and now two and a half kids later, they’re celebrating their one-year anniversary as a married couple.
LeBron popped the question to Savannah on New Year’s Eve back in 2011, after two children and a decade together. Luckily, Savannah said yes and is now pregnant with their third child and first daughter. Although she’s been with the superstar since the beginning of his career, Savannah admitted that she didn’t always agree with their lifestyle changes. Now she’s happy to be heading home to Ohio.
She told Harper’s Bazaar:
“Personally, Miami was not my favorite place. Vacationing there is great: You go for three days and get some sun, and it’s time to go home. When they told me it doesn’t get any colder than 50 degrees, that sold me. We get below-zero weather in Cleveland. I can’t wait to have a sunny Christmas. It will definitely be an adjustment, but we’ll make it. We’re not complaining.”
