Things are heating up in the battle between Iggy Azalea and her spiteful ex-boyfriend.
The Australian-born rapper has filed a federal lawsuit against Hefe Wine, her ex-boyfriend who’s been shopping around a sexy home movie he claims he made with her back in 2009. Iggy is now accusing her former beau of downloading the tape off her laptop when the two were living together in Atlanta. She claims he also stole unreleased master recordings.
Hefe announced his plans to put out a new EP from Azalea in July. He claimed the project would “shock the world.” In Iggy’s lawsuit, the rapper accuses Wine of directly using or converting stolen data to create the new release.
She’s also accusing him of forgery. As we previously reported, Hefe claims to have documents signed by Iggy which give him exclusive rights to her music and videos. Azalea claims the documents were pieced together from a legitimate contract she signed many years ago.
The lawsuit does not mention the sex tape Wine has reportedly been threatening to release. Stay tuned.
