Trinidad Jame$ is continuing to release new music – with or without a major label behind him.
After being dropped from Def Jam recently, the “All Gold Everything” rapper has just released the remix to the song dedicated to his former label, and he’s recruited some bar-spitting emcees to help out.
With Young Scooter and Twista on the intense “Def Jam (Remix),” the two go hard on their verses for Trinidad’s single, which was released just before he and the label parted ways.
Of all the verses, Twista’s definitely seems to stand out a bit, as he spits:
“Being a real nigga made me a soldier/I was the coldest you’ve ever seen/Out on the seventeen/Like I was Sosa”
