Finally!
After much teasing, Nicki Minaj unveiled the artwork for her highly-anticipated album The Pinkprint.
After releasing three very entertaining and very different singles, “Pills N Potions,” “Anaconda,” and “Only,” Nicki was ready to give the Barbz want they wanted – the album’s artwork.
Nicki posted the cover on Instagram, captioning it:
This is actually the #Deluxe cover. I’ll post the standard cover at a later date. #ThePinkprintAlbumCover 💕 thank u to the Kanye West team.
Kanye’s creative agency DONDA is responsible for creating Nicki’s cover. Over the past few years, DONDA has created images for Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, Pusha T, G.O.O.D Music, and A$AP Rocky.
The Pinkprint was originally scheduled to drop November 24, but will arrive on December 15 instead. Her mentor Lil Wayne will drop his long-awaited album, Tha Carter V, a week before – on December 9.
Nicki’s standard edition cover should be arriving by the end of the week.
