The man pictured above in the mugshot is no Jeremy Meeks. This man is the face of someone who was arrested on the grounds of craving inauthentic Mexican tacos.
According to Mashable, Gabriel Harris, was arrested by the New Smyrna Beach police after attempting to use a Taco Bell drive-thru on bike just after 3 a.m. Sunday morning. Harris, intoxicated, refused to leave after Taco Bell employees denied his order.
Employees called the authorities only to find the intoxicated bicyclist carrying a weapon.
Reports from police said they arrived to find Harris still sitting on his bicycle by the drive-through speaker, before noticing a Swiss Army knife attached to his belt loop. When an officer attempted to grab the knife, Harris reportedly grabbed the officer’s wrist, and was subsequently arrested. He is reportedly facing charges of resisting arrest with violence. The New Smyrna Beach police department did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Harris faces a charge of resisting arrest with violence. Unfortunately, no $30,000 modeling contract will come of this mug shot.
