The Daily Grind Video

On Monday, Hit The Floor star Stephanie Moseley was found dead next to her rapper husband in an apparent murder-suicide and it seems that Floyd Mayweather, friend to the couple, watched the tragic incident play out in real-time.

According to TMZ, the boxer was on FaceTime with friend Earl Hayes when the rapper pulled out the gun and shot his significant other. Hayes then killed himself.

Sources tell us … rapper Earl Hayes called Floyd on FaceTime Monday morning in a rage, over claims his wife — VH1 star Stephanie Moseley — had been unfaithful.

According to our Floyd sources, Earl said he was going to kill his wife. The champ was pleading with him to get a grip … to no avail. Floyd will not say how much he saw, but he acknowledges he was a witness and heard everything.

The source said Mayweather is having a tough time dealing with what he witnessed. He has yet to make a statement about Moseley and Hayes’ deaths.

The entertainment website is also reporting that Hayes and Moseley were arguing because the rapper, who is part of Mayweather’s “Money Team,” accused the dancer of cheating with Trey Songz.

Sources connected with Hayes tell us … around 2 years ago he separated from Stephanie because of what he says was her affair with Songz. They got back together but, as one friend put it, “He was crushed and never got over it.” We’re told he frequently brought up Songz.

Hayes accused Moseley of having multiple affairs with various other entertainers. She was a backup dancer who worked with numerous famous singers, including Chris Brown and Usher, but we’re told Hayes never mentioned them as a source of conflict.

Hayes and Moseley married in 2008 and his friends say he loved her and tried rationalizing staying together.

Songz took to Twitter last night to send his condolences:

TMZ could not reach Songz for a statement. An affair has not been confirmed.
