Iggy Azalea has been a huge topic of conversation in recent weeks after her Twitter spat with Azealia Banks over culture appropriation.

While many in the hip-hop community weren’t too pleased with her statements, we’ve already heard from Q-Tip, who gave her a very important, and peaceful, message about the genre’s origin. She’s even received support from will.i.am and Lupé Fiasco in the midst of it.

Now, more and more pioneers in the game are coming forward to share their thoughts on the matter, including 9th Wonder. The producer recently took to his Twitter to speak out on Iggy’s success, which he actually complimented due to her fans’ support.

Wonder even continues in his rant, coming down hard on hip-hop fans who go hard for the culture, but don’t buy albums.

He tweeted:

Whether you love her or don’t prefer her, you can’t deny that Iggy’s name is spreading like wildfire.

What do you think of 9th Wonder’s statements on Iggy and the hip-hop community?
